I can't offer help to others at the moment, as I am struggling myself and all I do is reblog thinspo and record my own progress..
If any one has any opinions or advice on their weight loss, I would be so happy to hear it. I don't judge and will take any kind of help I can get from any one.

I finally joined the gym. The YMCA to be specific. Its nice there, I like it best out of all the gyms ive tried (and failed). I went once with a friend, once with my boyfriend. Both times I just ran around the track  a few times then jumped on the treadmill, but you gotta start somewhere.
Whats nice about the Y is that you get 3 free training sessions a year, and im having one tomorrow. Hopefully some guidance from a pro will set me in the right direction.

I basically stopped dieting and my weight crept right back up. Well, crept is the wrong word. I watched it creep back up. But ive decided screw diet plans. It was so inconvenient to plan out my meals and count calories, especially with my tiny fridge and small grocery budget. Instead, im just buying a bunch of healthy foods and im going to decide what I eat when im hungry, not before hand.

I reached 170 pounds again, but thankfully i made it back to 160 pretty easily.
